Role Description We’re Hiring: Junior Architect (Full-Time) 📍 Greater Noida | 🕒 Full-Time | 💼 In-Office We’re looking for an experienced Junior Architect who will play a crucial role in shaping our projects from start to completion. Responsibilities: Collaborating with our team during initial project stages to develop concept designs that meet our clients' needs and expectations. Utilizing software tools like CAD, Lumion, Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit and InDesign to create detailed drawings and presentations and bring design to life. Taking projects through the conceptual to working stages of development, ensuring that deadlines are met and ensure designs comply with all relevant building codes, safety standards, and local planning regulations. Communicating effectively with clients to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback into the design. On-Site Supervision: Visit construction sites to review progress and ensure work is being executed according to the architectural plans. Resolve issues that arise during the construction process. Requirements: Degree in Architecture or Interior design or related field. Proficiency in software such as CAD, Lumion, Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit and InDesign. Creativity: Strong creative and visualization skills to develop innovative and appealing designs Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and presentations Project Management: Ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and adhere to deadlines and budgets. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building codes, regulatory standards, and construction practices. Open for site visits Strong presentation and graphics development skills Why Join Us?
