Responsibilities:

1. Create design layouts and drawings which clearly outline architectural intent of the project.

2. ⁠Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to design intent.

3. ⁠Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process on design, quality, cost & timeline of project.

4. ⁠Collaborate with various teams internally and externally in order to establish goals, schedules, budgets and design intent of the projects.

Must Haves:

1. Must have strong organisational skills

2. ⁠Must be creative.

3. ⁠Must be good at communication.

4. ⁠Must be a team player and eager to learn.

5. ⁠Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-up & MS Office.

6. ⁠Must have handled at least one project from start to finish on their own.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• 3+ years of hands on experience in the architecture industry
