Job Summary:

The Junior Architect will assist senior architects and the design team in planning, designing, and executing architectural projects. This role offers exposure to high-rise buildings, redevelopment projects (CHS/SRA), urban design regulations (UDCPR 2020, DCPR 2034), and sustainable building practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing architectural designs, drawings, and 3D models for residential, commercial, and redevelopment projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
• Develop 3D visualizations, renders, and presentation materials for clients and internal review.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other disciplines for integrated designs.
• Support preparation of project documentation, tender drawings, and site reports.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, UDCPR, DCPR, local municipal regulations, and CHS laws.
• Assist in site visits, measurements, and inspections to verify design implementation.
• Maintain project filing, documentation, and updates in collaboration with project managers.
• Research new materials, technologies, and trends in architectural design.
• Assist in creating presentations and proposals for clients.
• Support in preparing cost estimates and material specifications.
• Coordinate with 3D visualization and rendering teams.
• Help in managing timelines and deliverables for ongoing projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Architecture (B.Arch preferred).
• Registration with Council of Architecture (COA) is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and redevelopment regulations.
• Strong visualization, design, and presentation skills.
• Good communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Notes:

• Exposure to CHS redevelopment and SRA projects will be advantageous.
• Salary will be determined as per company norms and experience.
