Junior Architect

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the preparation of conceptual designs, 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.
• Support in developing architectural plans, working drawings, construction details, and documentation as per project requirements.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and surveys, and prepare site reports.
• Collaborate with senior architects, interior designers, engineers, and contractors for project execution.
• Research materials, finishes, and design trends to support project development.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations in all design work.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and clients for design inputs and approvals.
• Provide support in project management tasks, including tracking progress, timelines, and deliverables.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion/VRay, and MS Office.
• Strong visualization, design sense, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and detailing.
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work under the guidance of senior architects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and client coordination.
