Junior Architect (1.5–2 Years Experience)

About the Role

Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities

Assist in design development, working drawings, and presentation drawings.
Prepare 2D/3D models, conceptual designs, and visualizations.
Support coordination with consultants (structural, MEP, services).
Ensure compliance with local building bye-laws, NBC, and statutory regulations.
Participate in site visits, documentation, and construction supervision as required.
Work collaboratively with the design team and contribute innovative ideas.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
1.5–2 years of professional experience in architectural design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office
Good understanding of design principles, materials, and construction details.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
