Junior Architect

Dehleej is a design-led architecture and interior firm based in Bhubaneswar, committed to creating thoughtful, functional, and aesthetic spaces across residential, commercial, and institutional projects. We value creativity, responsibility, and attention to detail at every stage of the design process. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. As a Junior Architect at Dehleej, you will assist in architectural design development, prepare working drawings, coordinate with consultants, and support project execution under the guidance of senior team members. Assist in the development of conceptual designs, presentations, and architectural drawings. Prepare detailed working drawings and construction documents (plans, elevations, sections, details, etc.). Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for integrated design delivery. Support project site visits, measurements, and site supervision as required. Prepare 3D models and visual presentations using SketchUp, Lumion, or similar tools. Ensure all drawings and documents adhere to firm standards and client requirements. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) and at least 2 years of experience in architecture or interior design firms. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite is required. A basic understanding of construction techniques and materials, along with strong visual communication and presentation skills, is essential. The candidate should also be willing to learn, collaborate, and handle multiple tasks efficiently, while possessing good interpersonal and communication skills.
