About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Analyst to join our team. You will work closely with senior analysts to support, evaluate, and improve our business and technology processes. This role is ideal for someone with a basic understanding of data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving, who is eager to grow in the field of analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to help drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver analysis.
• Document analytical methods, processes, and findings.
• Stay updated with analytical tools, techniques, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis concepts.
• Understanding of spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and database systems (SQL basics).
• Familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

• Exposure to scripting or programming for analysis (Python, R).
• Familiarity with data querying and reporting tools.
• Understanding of business operations and key metrics.
• Prior internship, project, or certification in analytics or related technologies.
