Job Description

As a Junior Analyst/Analyst in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) & Digital Automation at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd, located in Sun House - Corporate Office, you will be responsible for supporting the SFE and Digital Automation function for Emerging Markets (EM). Your role will entail collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enhance CRM capabilities, drive process automation, and provide data-driven insights aimed at optimizing sales force performance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a proactive mindset to excel in this role. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with Vendor IT Management and Global IT teams to implement and maintain CRM solutions within defined SLAs, developing and maintaining Project Requirement Documents (PRDs) for system enhancements and process automation, preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for new module implementations, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for CRM updates. Additionally, you will be generating SFE dashboards and reports, supporting frontline managers and country teams with coaching insights, leveraging automation tools to streamline manual processes, and performing data mining and trend analysis to generate actionable insights for commercial teams. In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining well-documented workflows for automation initiatives, managing project timelines and stakeholder communications, developing training content, and conducting training sessions and workshops to improve CRM adoption and proficiency among users. Key stakeholders you will interact with include Regional Heads, Sales & Country Teams, Brand/Marketing Management, IT & Tech, Agencies, and Vendors. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, IT, or related fields with a focus on quantitative methods, along with 3+ years of relevant industry experience in IT consulting, analytics, or CRM support. Proficiency in data analytics tools like Power BI, SQL, VBA Macros, and Advanced Excel is desirable. You should also have working knowledge of Oracle databases and CRM platforms, as well as basic skills in video editing (CapCut) and image editing (Canva) for content creation.
