About the Role: As a Network Operations Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our network infrastructure. You will be responsible for handling escalated calls, fault localization, and restoration, and coordinating with vendors to resolve complex issues. Key Responsibilities: Handle escalated calls from the TAC1 team. Localize and restore faults in nodes and applications.
