Junior Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Analyst to join our team and support daily operations through documentation, data handling, and general office tasks. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You will work closely with the team to maintain records, prepare reports, support office workflows, and assist with basic data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and update project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Maintain organized filing systems and ensure document version control.
• Assist with data entry, basic data analysis, and creation of simple charts or summaries.
• Support daily office operations, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
• Help prepare presentations and internal communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track progress of tasks and deliverables.
• Provide general administrative support to senior analysts and managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
