Junior Analyst

As a candidate for the position, your main responsibility will be to learn and perform basic level tasks related to the process or business you are aligned with. You are expected to understand business fundamentals and standard operating procedures, follow a designated training schedule to ensure successful certification, maintain professional and productive relations with internal customers, and meet or exceed individual productivity requirements. Additionally, you will resolve problem invoices with a sense of urgency and address quality control issues in problem queues. Other duties may be assigned as needed by your supervisor or manager. Qualifications: - Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com), or equivalent - Preferred Qualifications: - Freshers or individuals with 6 months of prior relevant experience in the field of Audit, Accounts & Finance - Experience in a similar process will be an additional advantage - Candidates with excellent communication and analytical skills without any experience may also be considered As part of the job, you may be required to perform repetitive motions, coordinate eye/hand/foot movements, sit for extended periods, engage in verbal communication, and listen effectively. This job primarily operates in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copy machines.
