Job Description

Job Title: Advocate Associate

Location:

Experience Required:

Role Overview:

Dedicated Advocate Associate to support our litigation team, focusing on High Court, DRT, NCLT, RERA, City Court, and Arbitration.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and manage litigation cases in various legal forums.
Conduct trials, draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents, and negotiate settlements, SoC, SoD, Sec- 17,11,9 and 29A
Represent Client in court hearings and arbitrations.
Research legal issues and provide effective legal strategies and solutions.
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice.
Collaborate with senior advocates and other associates on complex cases.
Manage case files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
2-3 years of litigation experience in Bombay High Court, DRT, NCLT, RERA, City Court and Arbitration.
Comprehensive understanding of legal procedures and court systems.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using all Microsoft Office tools.
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
