Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated and experienced Junior Advocate with litigation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in both Civil and Criminal litigation . Key Responsibilities : Conduct and manage cases in Civil and Criminal courts. Draft, file, and review legal documents. Assist senior advocates in case preparations and court proceedings. Qualifications : Experience : exposure to both Civil and Criminal law. Language : Fluency in Kannada is preferred . Skills : Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹361,340.45 - ₹1,662,410.38 per year Experience: Litigation: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
