Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow within the office.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Maintain organized filing systems.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Support the HR and finance departments in administrative tasks such as employee documentation, expense processing, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlord regarding office infrastructure.
  • Organize and support company events, meetings, and team-building activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
