Position: Customer Support Executive Location: Malad West Experience: Freshers or 6 months to 1 yr For Freshers salary upto 15k For Experience candidates salary upto 20k to 30k Working Days and Time: Mon to Sat, 8:00 AMto 4:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 12:00 PM Kindly note: We need immediate joiners Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding travel packages, itineraries, destinations, and services Assist customers with booking, cancellations, amendments, and travel arrangements (flights, hotels, tours, etc.) Provide accurate information about visa requirements, travel regulations, and destination details Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary Collaborate with internal teams and external partners Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, company offerings, and travel advisories Record and update customer interactions and transactions in the system Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective solutions Promote travel packages, special offers, and company services as needed Stay informed about changes in travel regulations and industry trends Interested candidates can apply!
