Qualification: B. Com

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in Accounting & Taxation

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Junior Accounts Executive / Accountant to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

GST Compliance & Filing – Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR -6, ITC-04; reconciliation of GST returns and ITC.

TDS Filing & Compliance – Deduction, payment, and filing of Form 24Q, 26Q; reconciliation of TDS with Form 26AS.

Accounting Operations (Day-to-Day Accounting) – Day-to-day accounting in Tally / ERP, journal entries, bank reconciliation, vendor & customer ledger maintenance, and finalization of accounts.

Stock Management in Tally & ERP –

Entering stock details, purchase, and sales entries in Tally / ERP.

Managing item-wise, location-wise, and batch-wise stock records.

Monitoring inward/outward movement of goods and updating stock ledgers.

Performing monthly and yearly stock reconciliation with physical stock.

Generating stock summary, movement analysis, and valuation reports in Tally.

Expense & MIS Reporting – Preparing expense statements, MIS reports, and assisting in management reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Proficient in Tally Prime and ERP systems.

Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.

Proficient in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, data handling).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and processes.

Salary: As per experience and Industry standards.
