Job Title: Junior Accounts ExecutiveExperience Level: 1–3 YearsLocation: Coimbatore - Tamil NaduCTC Offered: 2-3 LPAJOB DESCRIPTION:We are looking for an ambitious Junior Accountant to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances. Preparing financial statements, Assisting and Reporting are a large part of the junior accountant’s day-to-day work. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and financial operations, further assisting with compliance tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of payment, invoicing, and reporting processes in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the Finance department and help the company about the complete awareness of its financial condition. This way the company can make the right decisions and accomplish long term success.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Make payments as per approved schedules and financial plans.Review and approve invoices for accuracy and policy compliance.Post daily or alternate-day sales data to internal dashboards.Make accounting entries (journal, ledger, etc.) as instructed.Send ledgers and compliance-related documents to the operations team.Deposit or withdraw cheques from the bank as per instructions.Provide required documents and financial data to the Finance Head as needed.Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho) and MS Excel efficiently.Follow instructions precisely and maintain high attention to detail in all tasks.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Prior experience working with or under an auditor.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and development.
