Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Account Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage daily accounting tasks and support the finance team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in maintaining accounting records, preparing invoices, handling GST & TDS compliance, and assisting in day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal vouchers, etc.).
Prepare and maintain ledgers, bank reconciliations, and petty cash records.
Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly reports.
Maintain vendor and customer account statements.
Support in audits by providing required documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or related field.
2–3 years of relevant work experience in accounts or finance.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, accounting software.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
Strong MS Excel and data entry skills.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Coordinate with internal departments for bill approvals and clarifications.
Data entry in Tally, Zoho Books,
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
