Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Junior Accountant role located in Gurugram. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing entire Tally and accounts preparation compliance with financial regulations (TDS, GST, PF) for the group. The role is supported by a company CA as well as a data entry operator who will assist the Financial Accounts Manager to execute his/ her duty

Experience: 3–5 years

Salary Range : ₹40,000–₹50,000/ month

Reports to: Director / Senior Management

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Tally
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance (TDS, TCS, GST, PF)
• Experience in recon and vendor management
• Proficiency in return filing and compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Can coordinate with CA and the team to ensure real-time financial filing
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
