Perch Group: Gurgaon, Haryana Experience: 1 to 2 years Job responsibilities: Responsible for answering sales calls and queries during night shift Manage OTA availability from Staah Channel Manager/ as required Timely answering all guest queries and ensuring smooth check in and coordinating with other night manger Drafting E-mail proposals and ensuring price and other details are accurate Professionally solve all guest questions and issues -- Salary: 22 K to 30 K (highly deserving candidates can be given more than the range) Desired Candidate Profile: Education - Graduate in any stream from a recognized institute Work experience in the hospitality/customer-facing industry is an added advantage Good communication skills in English Passionate & self-motivated Good interpersonal & guest interaction skills Company Profile: The Perch Service Apartments is a leading Service Apartment company in Gurgaon and operates many properties in Delhi NCR.
