Job Description

Location: Noida, Sector 4

Timings: 6 days, 9:30 am – 6 pm

Department: Finance & Accounting

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH TALLY.

BASIC ENGLISH SKILLS

Manufacturing company experience is preferred.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting & Operations

General Ledger: Take complete ownership and responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of the General Ledger, managed primarily in Tally.
Accounts Receivable (A/R): Supervise the A/R process, ensuring timely invoicing and collection.
Accounts Payable (A/P): Strategically manage vendor payments, aligning them with cash flow projections and optimizing working capital.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. (CA Inter or CA qualification is highly preferred).
5 years of proven experience in a accounting role
Expert-level proficiency in Tally (or specified ERP) and MS Excel.
In-depth, practical knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
Demonstrable experience in preparing management reports (P&L, Cash Flow, Breakeven).
Experience with export documentation and banking procedures is a strong asset.

Soft Skills:

Excellent Communication: Must be able to communicate SOPs to other departments. TEAM PLAYER
Leadership: Proven ability to manage team members in other departments
Team Player: A collaborative approach, working effectively across departments (Sales, Merchandising, Operations).
Analytical & Proactive: Strong analytical skills with a proactive mindset to identify financial issues and opportunities.
