What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily financial transactions and records using Tally.
• Oversee inventory management across multiple godowns, ensuring accurate tracking and batch-wise stock monitoring.
• Maintain optimal stock levels by monitoring reordering points and coordinating replenishments.
• Conduct financial analysis to provide insights for inventory and stock management decisions.
• Prepare and file GST returns, manage vendor payments, and oversee payroll processing.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions for financial reporting and analytics.
• Handle basic computing tasks like data entry, printing, and documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Tally and Excel, with strong skills in inventory management.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, reconciliation, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance regulations.
• Experience managing stock across multiple locations, including handling batches, groups, and categories in Tally.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in accounting or finance.
