Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting entries in Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks / Razorpay / Wise (as applicable)
Prepare & maintain sales invoices, vendor invoices, payment vouchers
Perform bank reconciliation, wallet reconciliation & expert payout reconciliations
Support GST / TDS working, challans & filing coordination with CA team
Maintain accounts payable & accounts receivable tracking sheets
Assist in monthly closing activities, accruals & ledger checks
Maintain documentation & records for statutory and internal audits
Work with internal teams for vendor onboarding and finance data accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com
0–1 years of experience in accounting or finance
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, invoices, reconcilliations
Familiarity with QuickBooks / Zoho Books
Intermediate skills in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas)
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain clean records
Good communication & time management skills
