Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Accounting TasksAssist in maintaining day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or other accounting software. Record purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, and payment entries. Handle petty cash and maintain proper cash records. Billing & DocumentationPrepare customer invoices, quotations, and credit/debit notes. Verify bills, collect supporting documents, and maintain file records. Assist in project billing and basic cost tracking (if required). ReconciliationPerform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer outstanding follow-up. Verify balances and report mismatches to the senior accountant. Tax & Compliance SupportAssist in the preparation of GST, TDS, and other compliance data. Coordinate with auditors during monthly or yearly audits. Coordination & SupportSupport the senior accountant in financial reporting and data entry. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for billing- and payment-related queries. Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, reports, and statements. Qualifications & SkillsB.Com / M.Com / Finance-related degree. 0–2+ years of experience in accounting (freshers with knowledge can also apply). Basic knowledge of accounting principles. Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Excel is preferred. Good communication, analytical, and documentation skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy.
