Overview We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant Executive to join our team. As part of the Finance & Accounts department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, handling statutory compliances, and supporting the management in financial decision-making. Key Responsibilities

 Bookkeeping: Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately and promptly.

 Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage invoices, vendor payments, collections, and reconciliations.

 Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.

 Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

 Taxation & Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and maintain related records. Handle TDS computation, deductions, and filing of returns. Ensure timely compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other statutory requirements.

 Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required documentation, schedules, and reconciliations.

 Expense Management: Monitor and analyses expenses to ensure budget adherence and proper allocation.

 MIS Reporting: Provide management with monthly reports and financial analysis.

 Ad hoc Tasks: Support the accounting team with various tasks as required. Requirements

 Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or related field.

 Skills: o Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP/SAP/Zoho or similar). Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,843.11 - ₹25,475.26 per month
