We are looking to hire a Accountant for our Accounts team at the Mumbai location.

Job Title:

Experience Required:

We are looking for a candidate with 3–4 years of hands-on experience working in a (CA) firm. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills in accounting and finance, along with proficiency in  Tally software and compliance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Excel Skills:

• Proficient in Excel functions including

  Pivot Tables

  ,

  VLOOKUP

  , and other data analysis tools.

• Tally ERP Experience:

• Hands-on experience in operating

  Tally accounting software

   for day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions.

• TDS (Tax Deducted at Source):

• Preparing and filing

  TDS returns

   (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.)
• Understanding of

  TDS deduction rules

  , rates, and thresholds
• Knowledge of

  challan payments

  , filing due dates, and error rectification

• GST (Goods and Services Tax):

• Working knowledge of

  GST calculations

  ,

  input tax credit (ITC)

  , and

  output tax liability

• Preparation and filing of

  GST returns

   (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)

• GST 2B reconciliation

   with vendor data to ensure proper ITC claim

• Reconciliation Work:

• Reconciliation of

  Form 26AS

   with books of accounts and

  annual income tax statements

• Vendor ledger reconciliation and matching of GST 2B input credits
• Assist in finalizing accounts and audit preparations

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field (B.Com, M.Com)
• Experience working with Chartered Accountants or Audit teams
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
