Junior Accountant

As a Junior Accountant at our company, you will play a crucial role in our finance team by assisting with various accounting tasks to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in day-to-day accounting operations such as journal entries, general ledger entries, and reconciliations. - Maintain precise records of financial transactions to support decision-making processes. - Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports efficiently. - Collaborate in monthly and annual financial closings to ensure accuracy and timeliness. - Aid in bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring for financial stability. - Provide necessary documentation for internal and external audits effectively. - Uphold compliance with company policies and accounting regulations. - Organize digital and physical financial records for easy access and retrieval. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. - 02 years of experience in an accounting or finance role. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally ERP, Farvision, or any other accounting software. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. - Good written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: - Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards. - Familiarity with banking procedures and reconciliations. This is a full-time position located in person.,
