Role: As a junior accountant, you will be handing all day-to-day invoices, purchase bills, bank entries, inventory matching etc. Responsibilities: Prepare and issue Proforma Invoices and Final Invoices Record Purchase Bills and verify them against received inventory Enter Bank Transactions in accounting software daily Maintain accurate daily records of all expenses and payments Assist in inventory reconciliation between books and physical stock Coordinate with the operations team for order picking and packing Ensure accuracy of goods picked as per invoice before dispatch Verify packaging is done per company standards Handle documentation and verification for courier handover Maintain dispatch records and track delivery status as required Qualifications: Graduates Preferred
