Junior Accountant

About Us: Cloudy Wave Technology Private Limited is a leading Salesforce consulting company specializing in digital transformation and business process automation. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tally ERP Accountant to join our growing finance team.

Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified Tally ERP Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete accounting operations using Tally ERP software
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements
• Process GST filing, TDS returns, and other statutory compliance requirements
• Perform bank reconciliation and manage cash flow monitoring
• Process vendor payments and track outstanding receivables
• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
• Generate MIS reports and financial analytics for management review
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
• Understanding of taxation laws and compliance requirements

Preferred Skills:

• Professional certification (CA Inter/ICWA/M.Com) will be an added advantage
• Experience in IT services or consulting industry
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
