Microcare ENT Super Speciality Hospitals is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with bills, vouchers, ledgers, and reports.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally / ERP / Excel
Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, and bills
Assist in bank reconciliation and cash/bank book maintenance
Track payments, receipts, and petty cash
Support monthly closing and reporting activities
Maintain records for GST, TDS, and vendor payments (basic support)
Coordinate with internal departments for billing and expense verification
Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records
Assist senior accounts team in audits and compliance tasks

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance (or equivalent qualification)
0–2 years of experience in accounting (freshers with strong skills may apply)
Knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP, MS Excel & basic accounting
Understanding of GST basics, invoicing, and ledger maintenance
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills and team coordination ability

✅ Preferred (Good to Have)

Experience working in hospital/healthcare accounts
Ability to handle vendor coordination and purchase billing
Familiarity with basic compliance documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
