Job Title: Junior Accountant ( Fresher only)

Job Location: Coimbatore

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates seeking to launch their accounting careers. You will be responsible for supporting the accounting team in managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining up-to-date records.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recording and maintaining financial transactions
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Maintain and organize financial documents and records
• Assist in the preparation of tax documents (GST, TDS, etc.)
• Help with budgeting and forecasting tasks
• Coordinate with auditors and other departments during audits
• Perform basic administrative and clerical duties in the finance department

Effective Skills for Freshers:

• Basic Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances
• Proficiency in MS Excel: Ability to use formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling financial data and transactions
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze numbers and identify discrepancies.
• Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication with team members and clients
• Problem-Solving Ability: Identifying and resolving accounting issues
• Adaptability & Willingness to Learn: Openness to learning new tools and accounting practices
