Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Accountant with 0-3 years of experience in the construction industry to assist in managing financial transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting, along with proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax filings, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and petty cash management.
• Support in financial statement preparation, budgeting, and cost control.
• Maintain invoice records, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
• Assist in audits and financial reporting as per company policies.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients for financial documentation.
• Ensure accuracy in MIS reporting, payroll processing, and expense tracking.
• Utilize accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar) and MS Excel for financial management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Understanding of construction industry accounting, project cost tracking, and invoicing.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications:

• Certification in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation is an advantage.
• Experience in handling construction project accounts is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
