Junior Accountant

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to oversee the company’s financial activities, manage daily accounting operations, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting, along with excellent managerial and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
• Handle Tally ,Bookkeeping ,Inventory Management , as per government regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expense control measures.
• Supervise and guide the accounts team and ensure timely completion of accounting tasks.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and vendors regarding financial matters.
• Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Support management in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting Finance (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance management.
• Proficient in Tally ERP / MS Excel / Accounting Software.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial compliance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
