Job Title: Sales Officer – EV/Automobile Sector Location: Jamui Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years (EV or Automobile Industry Only) Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking experienced and driven Sales Officers to join our growing team in Jamui . This role is strictly for professionals with a minimum of 2 years' proven experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) or Automobile sector , specializing in B2B sales and channel partner development . Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new channel partners , dealers, and B2B clients within the assigned region. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing business partners and institutional clients . Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, aligned with business objectives. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client segments. Coordinate with the internal team for order fulfillment, after-sales support, and partner training. Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management. Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including schools, NGOs, and community leaders, to facilitate smooth mobilization. Address queries from candidates and their families regarding the training programs. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of mobilization activities, candidate details, and enrollment data. Submit periodic reports to the management on mobilization progress and challenges. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in mobilization roles, preferably in government-funded skill development projects like DDU-GKY and KYP .
