Job Title: Sales Officer – EV/Automobile Sector Location: Jamui Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years (EV or Automobile Industry Only) Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking experienced and driven Sales Officers to join our growing team in Jamui . This role is strictly for professionals with a minimum of 2 years' proven experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) or Automobile sector , specializing in B2B sales and channel partner development . If you're passionate about the automotive future, understand the dynamics of B2B relationships, and can independently build and manage sales channels — we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new channel partners , dealers, and B2B clients within the assigned region. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing business partners and institutional clients . Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, aligned with business objectives. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client segments. Coordinate with the internal team for order fulfillment, after-sales support, and partner training. Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management. Required Qualifications: ✅ Minimum 2 years of full-time sales experience in the EV or Automobile industry (mandatory) ✅ Proven track record in B2B sales and channel partner acquisition ✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills ✅ Sound knowledge of the local market (Kolkata/Howrah region) ✅ Must be comfortable with field work and travel within the assigned territory ✅ Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting Eligibility Criteria – Please Read Carefully: Freshers will NOT be considered Candidates without EV or Automobile sector experience will NOT be shortlisted This role is not suitable for retail sales professionals or non-B2B profiles Only apply if you meet ALL the requirements listed above.
