Job Title - Process Manager/ Coordinator Location - Bhopal (WFO) Working Days - 5 (Monday- Friday) Shift Timings - 6:00pm to 3:30am IST {Permanent night shifts} Roles and Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of client interviews, technical assessments, and pre-sales evaluations. Understand and analyze client job descriptions and translate them into actionable insights for the development teams. Identify, evaluate, and map internal technical resources to appropriate client requirements and project needs. Work closely with the proposal and sales team to schedule and facilitate client interviews. Prepare internal developers for client-facing interviews through thorough briefings and mock interview sessions. Coordinate and ensure the timely delivery of small-scale POCs, demos, and sample code. Supervise and enhance the preparation of technical and functional documentation including user stories, use cases, solution overviews, and client-specific briefs. Lead transcription and analysis of audio content (US-accented), ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with internal standards.
