Junior Account Executive/Accounts Executive

JD-1 For Accounts Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, assisting in audits, and supporting day-to-day accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update accounting records and files Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments Assist in bank reconciliations and monitor bank transactions Support month-end and year-end closing processes Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports Handle petty cash and maintain cash flow records Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors Provide administrative support to the accounts department as needed Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field 1–2 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply) Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally- ERP, Tally Prime) Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Good organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred: Experience with GST, TDS, and income tax compliance Working knowledge of Tally ERP or similar accounting software Pay Slab : 2.5 LPA to 4 LPA Show more Show less
