Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting activities using Tally. The role involves bookkeeping, vouchers, GST compliance support, and coordination with internal departments for accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally (ERP / Prime)
• Record purchase invoices, sales invoices, and expense vouchers
• Handle bank entries, cash book, and ledger maintenance
• Assist in GST compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation)
• Perform party ledger reconciliation (customers & vendors)
• Maintain records of payments, receipts, and outstanding balances
• Coordinate with production, stores, and purchase teams for invoice accuracy
• Support monthly closing and audit-related documentation
• Maintain proper accounting files and statutory records

Skills & Requirements

• Working knowledge of Tally
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Knowledge of GST and compliance basics
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good coordination and communication skills

Preferred

• Experience in manufacturing industry (aluminium / metal preferred)
• Exposure to audits and statutory filings
