Job Description

Junior Financial Analyst

Experience: 1 – 2 Years
Department: FAAS

Job Summary:

The Junior Financial Analyst will assist in financial data collection, analysis, and reporting. The role focuses on supporting the finance team with day-to-day analytical tasks, budgeting assistance, and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
Support budgeting and expense tracking activities.
Maintain and update financial databases and records.
Perform basic data analysis and variance tracking.
Help prepare monthly MIS and management reports.
Coordinate with accounts and operations teams for data collection.
Assist in audit and compliance-related documentation.

Qualification:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in B.Com
M.Com or CA Inter / CMA Inter is an added advantage.
Skills:
Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
Familiar with Tally / ERP software.
Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
Eager to learn and grow in the finance field.

Salary: As per industry standards
