Job Title: Junior Web Developer (WordPress, Shopify) Location: Indore (On-site preferred) Experience: 2 – 4 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We’re hiring a Junior Web Developer to assist in the development and maintenance of websites and web applications. This position is ideal for someone with basic hands-on experience in WordPress, Shopify, and Basic Laravel, who is eager to grow under the mentorship of a senior developer transitioning responsibilities. You’ll work on real-world client projects, supporting website updates, backend logic, and small feature integrations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining and updating websites using WordPress (including Elementor and WooCommerce). Support Shopify theme edits, product uploads, and minor customization tasks. Help with feature enhancements and fixes in Basic Laravel-based web applications. Handle product data entry, form edits, and basic client requirements. Perform basic debugging and testing for live sites. Coordinate with senior developers and follow task management workflows. Required Skills: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, and PHP. Practical experience with WordPress theme and plugin handling. Basic understanding of Shopify themes and customization. Familiarity with Laravel, Blade templating, and MVC pattern. Ability to write clean, well-documented code and debug common issues. Good communication and task ownership. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of MySQL and database queries. Familiarity with version control (Git). Experience using tools like Postman for API testing. Exposure to hosting environments like cPanel or Cloudways.
