Job description Position Overview: We are seeking a Meta Ads Executive with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record in managing and optimizing Meta (formerly Facebook) advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in D2C brand creating, executing, and analyzing Meta ad campaigns to drive results and achieve client objectives. Key Responsibilities: ● Develop, implement, and manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms. ● Conduct thorough audience research and targeting to ensure campaigns reach the right demographics. ● Create compelling ad copy and visual content that aligns with client goals and brand guidelines. ● Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). ● Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce engaging and effective ad creatives. ● Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed reports on performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. ● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Meta advertising and digital marketing. ● Manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are delivered within budget constraints while maximizing results. Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. ● Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns of D2C brands. ● Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and other relevant advertising tools and platforms. ● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad content. ● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. ● Certifications in Meta advertising (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
