What We’re Looking For: An experienced Meta Ads Specialist who knows how to scale eCommerce, lead generation, or D2C brands with real, trackable results . If you breathe data, live inside Ads Manager, and know how to hit KPIs consistently — you're our person. Your Role: Strategize, launch & optimize Facebook/Instagram Ad Campaigns . Manage full-funnel performance — from creatives to conversions. Analyze and report performance using Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and other tools. Work directly with internal designers & copywriters for high-converting creatives. Scale ad spends profitably and with predictable ROAS . Be accountable for leads, sales, and revenue outcomes . Requirements: 2–5 years experience running Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) . Proven portfolio or case studies of successful, high-ROAS campaigns. Deep knowledge of pixel tracking, remarketing, CBO/ABO strategies . Strong understanding of eComm, lead gen, and funnel optimization . ROI-focused, data-obsessed, and deadline-driven mindset.
