What We’re Looking For:

An experienced Meta Ads Specialist who knows how to scale eCommerce, lead generation, or D2C brands with real, trackable results. If you breathe data, live inside Ads Manager, and know how to hit KPIs consistently — you're our person.

Your Role:

• Strategize, launch & optimize Facebook/Instagram Ad Campaigns.
• Manage full-funnel performance — from creatives to conversions.
• Analyze and report performance using Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and other tools.
• Work directly with internal designers & copywriters for high-converting creatives.
• Scale ad spends profitably and with predictable ROAS.
• Be accountable for leads, sales, and revenue outcomes.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years experience running Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram).
• Proven portfolio or case studies of successful, high-ROAS campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of pixel tracking, remarketing, CBO/ABO strategies.
• Strong understanding of eComm, lead gen, and funnel optimization.
• ROI-focused, data-obsessed, and deadline-driven mindset.
• Bonus: Experience with Shopify, landing pages, Google Ads is a plus.
