Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Jr. Sales Associate, based in New Delhi with some work-from-home flexibility. The Jr. Sales Associate will be responsible for generating and managing sales leads, coordinating with potential clients, preparing and delivering sales presentations, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting in sales strategy development. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, tracking sales metrics, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role demands proactiveness, effective communication, and teamwork skills to drive sales growth and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Coordination
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM Software
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the technology or innovation sector is a plus
