Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The role involves engaging with inbound leads, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the sales process with a consultative approach. If you enjoy clear communication, structured follow-ups, and driving conversions, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound leads: qualification, discovery, and scheduling demos/consultations.

• Execute structured follow-ups across WhatsApp, Email, and Calls.

Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM (ClickUp/GHL).

Achieve weekly targets for connects, demos, shows, and conversions.

• Manage objections and drive closures with a consultative approach.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Prior experience in sales (services/consulting) is preferred but not mandatory.

• Ability to work with targets and maintain a high level of CRM hygiene.

• Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
