Jr. Full Stack Engineer

Job Title: Junior Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Mohali (On-site) Night Shifts, Experience: 1–2 years

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior developers to build React-based dashboards with Material UI for interactive visualization.
• Assist in developing and maintaining FastAPI-based REST APIs for data access and integrations.
• Help integrate data ingestion pipelines from AWS, ServiceNow CMDB, and other third-party sources.
• Work with PostgreSQL to handle basic data operations, queries, and schema updates.
• Participate in unit testing and code reviews, ensuring code quality and best practices.
• Contribute to observability and logging integrations using Datadog for monitoring application health.
• Support the team in CI/CD pipeline tasks and infrastructure provisioning via Terraform.
• Write basic documentation for APIs, features, and operational processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Frontend Development Basics:
• Knowledge of React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and component-based development.
• Familiarity with Material UI or other UI frameworks for building clean interfaces.
• Backend Development Basics:
• Understanding of Python with frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
• Exposure to REST API concepts and authentication mechanisms (JWT/OAuth2).
• Databases:
• Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Ability to write simple SQL queries.
• Cloud & DevOps Awareness:
• Familiarity with AWS basics (S3, EC2, IAM) or any cloud provider concepts.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Testing & Documentation:
• Basic understanding of unit testing (e.g., Pytest, Jest).
• Writing and maintaining simple documentation.
• Soft Skills:
• Eagerness to learn from senior engineers.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to event-driven architecture concepts (SQS, EventBridge).
• Familiarity with data visualization libraries (e.g., Chart.js, Recharts).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB or ITSM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,363.95 - ₹38,185.85 per month
