Jr. Engineer - Civil

Site Management & Execution:

• Assist in managing various aspects of construction projects from start to completion.
• Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure work is progressing as planned.
• Conduct site surveys and assist in layout planning.

Technical Supervision:

• Check technical designs and drawings for accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Supervise contracted staff and laborers to ensure work quality.
• Ensure that all construction activities meet budget, specifications, and timelines.

Coordination & Communication:

• Work closely with clients, subcontractors, architects, local authorities, and senior engineers.
• Provide technical support and assist in problem-solving on-site.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and maintain project records.
• Monitor material usage and assist in resource allocation.

Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure adherence to health & safety guidelines and sustainability policies.
• Conduct routine quality checks and inspections to maintain project standards.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings & structural plans
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective coordination and communication abilities
• Awareness of construction safety protocols & legal requirements

Experience: Min 2 yrs (Residential projects)

Location: Hinjewadi phase 2, Pune.
