Jr. Business Development Executive - SMB Sales

You will be joining Orient Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Jr. Business Development Executive in the SMB Sales team. Your primary responsibility will involve identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and meeting sales targets effectively. Your key responsibilities will include generating leads and exploring new business prospects within the SMB segment. You will be expected to establish and sustain relationships with potential clients, devise and execute successful sales strategies to achieve set targets, collaborate closely with the marketing team for impactful campaigns, and manage the sales pipeline ensuring timely closure of deals. Additionally, you will need to provide regular sales reports to the management team. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development specifically for SMB Sales. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to create and implement effective sales strategies. Prior experience in IT sales, particularly in areas like Data Center Solutions, Cloud, Modern Workplace, IT enabled services, Data Warehousing, Business Analytics, RPA, and Mobility, will be advantageous. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
