Role Description


Jr. Billing Engineer


Key Responsibilities


  • Maintain and update

    store inventory and material records

  • Prepare and get

    MIS reports signed off

    by clients and management
  • Prepare and verify

    Joint Measurement Records (JMR)

    with clients
  • Conduct

    material reconciliation

    between delivered, used, and stored items
  • Prepare and process

    Running Account (RA) bills

    accurately and on time


Requirments


  • Minimum

    3 years of hands-on experience

    in billing and site documentation

  • Bachelor’s degree

    in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Proficient in

    AutoCAD, MS Excel

    , and

    MS Project (MSP)

  • Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Must own a

    laptop

    with relevant software installed
  • Must own a

    vehicle with a valid driving license

    for site visits
