Role Description As a Jr. Billing Engineer , you will be responsible for managing store records, billing processes, and material reconciliation for large-scale construction. The role requires on-site presence and coordination with clients, vendors, and the internal team. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update store inventory and material records Prepare and get MIS reports signed off by clients and management Prepare and verify Joint Measurement Records (JMR) with clients Conduct material reconciliation between delivered, used, and stored items Prepare and process Running Account (RA) bills accurately and on time Requirments Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in billing and site documentation Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel , and MS Project (MSP) Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills Must own a laptop with relevant software installed Must own a vehicle with a valid driving license for site visits Location Project Site – Kharadi, Pune
