Workforce Analyst


Key Responsibilities


  • Analyze large data sets to uncover trends, forecast volumes, and optimize workforce allocation.
  • Develop and manage real-time dashboards to track performance KPIs.
  • Perform root cause analysis on variances and operational challenges.
  • Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure data consistency across all WFM and analytics processes.


What You Bring


  • Minimum

    2+ years

    in

    Workforce Management

    or a similar analytics-driven role.
  • Proficiency in

    SQL

    ,

    Python

    , or related programming languages.
  • Experience with

    Tableau

    , or similar visualization tools.
  • Strong communication skills to explain data insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
